THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING
â–º I maintain the right to decline your commission if I feel I cannot accomplish it.
â–º A preview will be sent once the sketch phase is done, to confirm if the commissioner wants to continue with the comm.
â–º Communication for all commissions will be through notes or DMs.
â–º My ETA is 2 weeks to 2 months. The wait time might vary depending on my workload and IRL.

PAYMENT & REFUNDS
â–º The commissioner must pay for their commission up-front within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. If the invoice has not been paid the commission will not be started until full payment has been received.
â–º Payment will be made through PAYPAL only. I accept dollars and euros.
â–º If a commission has been canceled before work has been placed, a full refund will be issued.
â–º If the commission is canceled after work has been started, only partial refund can be issued since time and labor has already been invested.
â–º If I find that our artist/client relationship is turning into a hassle, then I reserve the right to issue a refund and not work with you anymore. I don't mind making changes, just don't overdo it.

USE OF ARTWORK
â–º I don't allow my art to be sold as NFTs or bought for that purpose. If I see someone doing this they will lose all access to my commissions permanently and will be DMCAd.
â–º DO NOT use my artwork for AI generation, DO NOT commission me if that's what you're seeking to do.
â–º All work I create is copyrighted to me and I am free to use it in advertisements or host in my galleries
â–º The commissioner, and only the commissioner, may re-post the commissioned work with credit.
â–º The commissioner may crop it for icons, or use the artwork in references, etc.

About my artwork
â–º I don't draw sexual intercourse, graphic nsfw (e.g body fluids) or fetishes.
â–º I can draw nsfw nudity, suggestive themes and gore.
â–º I am most comfortable with feral, anthropomorphic animals and creatures/monsters.
â–º Please don't ask me to change my art style to fit another artist's style. I will not do it.

DESIGN | Adoptables
â–º DON'T turn the creatures/designs you buy from me into closed species. (this does not apply to customs)
â–º The design can be resold for the same price it was bought for unless more art has been added to it. Then the price may be raised.
â–º Credit must be given. This is required even if the character has been given a touch up/edit or a revamp that still resembles the original design.
â–º The owner is allowed to change the design, gender, species etc. as they wish once bought.
